Andrew Willner began consulting for Hugo Neu in 2008. Prior to that, Andy spent 19 years as Founder and Executive Director of NY/NJ Baykeeper, an internationally recognized non-profit focused on protecting, preserving, and restoring the Bays of New York Harbor and its watershed. Andy is a founding member of the international Waterkeeper Alliance and served on its Board of Directors for over ten years. He has received awards from the United Nations Environmental Program, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, NJ Department of Environmental Protection, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. His consulting firm, Sustainability Solutions, works with municipalities, businesses, and non- profits to help them operate with a smaller environmental footprint. Andy is on the boards of non-profit organizations in NY and NJ. He graduated from the University of Virginia and did graduate work at Virginia Commonwealth University.
